Financed by 7°PQ, Dimmer aims to create a District Information Modelling and Management system for Energy Reduction able to collect, integrate, process and remotely visualize district level energy information in real-time. The general aim is energy saving at the district level. The main objectives are the implementation of the efficiency of the heat distribution networks by means of ICT innovation and the spread of energy awareness between the actors of the energy smart grids.
